Terms of Use

This website and all of its content, images or downloadable material, if any, and other materials available from time to time (“the Site”) is the property of and managed by Dalcott Pty Ltd (ABN 54 690 395 441) and Realm Projects Pty Ltd (ABN 86 607 262 886).

Such communication, where applicable, may be governed by separate or distinct terms relevant to that specific content, campaign or communication, which will supersede any other term on the Site in connection with that particular campaign or communication and generally.

Dalcott expressly and unequivocally states that it will not accept any liability of any nature, for any loss or damage, howsoever caused and whether direct or indirect, arising from, in relation to, or in any way connected with third party websites, or any third-party content, links or any content of any kind not published by, or on behalf of Dalcott.

Any content of any third party does not reflect the opinions or views of Dalcott and does not and cannot be deemed to be a representation, promise or otherwise made, allowed or authorised by Dalcott.
